About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant. This role will serve as a strategic partner to support Branch Request Intake processes, Branch Support Hub inquiries system and ~4,000 SharePoint sites. This role is ideal for a digital-savvy and data driven team member who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence through automation and strategic communication.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with business units to design and deploy custom digital tools using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Drive adoption of solutions that enhance collaboration and simplify workflows.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of digital and automated solutions across diverse workstreams. Deliver high-impact process improvements, reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
- Serve as the Hub Manager for a robust ecosystem of 4,000+ SharePoint and Teams sites. Own the governance lifecycle, ensuring effective management of communication hubs, team sites, and document centers.
- Use data to craft compelling narratives that inform strategy and drive meaningful decisions. Build dashboards and visualizations that connect high-level goals to day-to-day execution.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders and key partners in developing project plans, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report design
- Experience with Power Fx, gallery/form logic, and user-based control in Power Apps
- Experience working within SharePoint Online & Power Platform
- Experience aligning operational data with strategic frameworks or OKRs
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, especially when translating insights or technical processes into clear messages for execs or cross-functional teams.
- Experience in team operations or Hub Manager style roles is a plus, as is a desire to grow with evolving platform capabilities.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
