The IT Support Specialist will assist team members with IT-related tasks, manage onboarding and offboarding, deploy and maintain hardware and software, handle IT inventory, manage endpoint security, and provide training on IT topics. They will also be part of on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.

The Senior IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network issues. They will also manage the IT Support Service Desk, maintain IT asset inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve support processes.
