The IT Desktop Support Contractor will diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, maintain high customer service levels, assist with administration of Office365, maintain Active Directory, manage devices using Intune and Autopilot, troubleshoot AV equipment, and support network security measures, all while effectively communicating with users and maintaining documentation.
