Provide legal leadership on internal investigations, regulatory incidents, litigation and disputes. Advise on crisis response, manage external counsel, partner with Compliance, Risk, Privacy and InfoSec, and build frameworks to handle incidents and regulatory matters across the business.

Lead internal legal strategy for Web3, digital assets, and the creator economy. Monitor global regulations (SEC, MiCA), draft and negotiate complex influencer, service, and IP agreements, advise on on-chain/tokens and treasury compliance, manage data privacy and consumer protection risk, oversee corporate governance and employment matters, and serve as strategic legal advisor to leadership while building and managing the legal function.

Provide hands-on legal and regulatory advice across crypto, payments, securities and AML; partner with product, compliance and leadership to launch products, lead regulatory initiatives, draft commercial agreements, and improve legal processes using AI and automation.

Act as a bilingual legal-technology expert architecting AI-powered contract solutions and drafting CLM redlining rules (80%). Serve as legal tech SME in client meetings, test and improve AI legal tools, train global teams, and handle in-house client/supplier contracts, compliance, and corporate governance (20%).

Serve as legal domain expert bridging clients and internal engineering to define negotiation playbooks, translate legal rules into prompts/specs, validate AI outputs, lead UAT, and guide integration of GenAI and CLM contract tools for complex commercial negotiation workflows.

Provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, marketing, and functional teams across Dental Solutions and Health Information Systems.
