The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner for administrative departments, supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits coordination, and offboarding. Partner with operational leaders, employees, unions, staffing agencies, and service providers. Support workplace injury investigations, workforce planning, onboarding, disciplinary processes, and attendance management while providing HR guidance across the organization.

Manage payroll, benefits, remittances, employee records, and HR documentation for approximately 180–200 employees. Manage day-to-day HR operations onboard, supervise HR coordinator, administer crew embarkation/disembarkation, maintain crew records in Fidelio/MAPS, handle welfare programs and events, support employee relations, ensure compliance with MLC and safety regulations, and prepare personnel reports for shipboard and shoreside teams.
