Responsible for orders and releases of raw materials, inventory management, supplier liaison, cycle counts, supplier performance monitoring, and purchase order preparation. Requires 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing with expertise in MRP/ERP systems, inventory optimization, and supplier development.

Analyzes specifications, lays-out metal stock, sets-up and operates machine tools. Fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metal working dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges and machinists' hand tools. Modifies dies to conform to engineering changes. Provides assistance and guidance to apprentices.
