This position will be responsible for all aspects of compliance program management and strategy, including developing and improving ethics and compliance programs, monitoring compliance performance, investigating and managing hotline reports, developing and implementing ethics and compliance training, drafting and revising policies, enforcing regulations, and providing general guidance on compliance matters. The role also involves direct contact and management of 3rd party requests for code of conduct certifications, maintenance of compliance systems, reporting and analytics, data validation and processing, and other support of ethics and compliance management in the Americas region.
