Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, Finance, and corporate functions from planning through execution. Manage employee lifecycle workflows, recruiting operations, compliance tracking, finance operations, audits, budgets, reporting, and leadership updates. Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows, translate processes into agent instructions, monitor accuracy and privacy, establish performance metrics, and train internal users. Partner with executives and functional leaders to improve operational processes and adoption of automation.

Support divisional finance by performing month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, analyzing revenue streams, maintaining forecasts, responding to audit requests, and leading ad hoc projects while partnering with stakeholders and senior management.

Perform financial analysis and modeling to optimize supply chain costs (transportation, warehousing, inventory, supplier pricing). Produce forecasts, variance analysis, budgeting, and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational improvements to leadership.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; build models, forecasts, and budgets; track KPIs and revenue trends; perform variance and profitability analysis; support cash flow forecasting, strategic planning, and stakeholder presentations; recommend process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to analyze financial and operational data, build executive dashboards, create P&L and margin analyses, forecast and model unit economics, identify cost leaks, reconcile transactions, and present recommendations to improve profitability, cash flow, and business performance.
