Lead the cross-functional Factory in a Box transformation program from initiation to implementation. Maintain integrated roadmaps, manage dependencies, vendors, budgets, risks, governance, and executive reporting. Coordinate workstreams across engineering, software, cloud, supply chain, marketing, legal, and operational readiness to ensure repeatable, multi-site manufacturing deployment.

Support downstream program management for autonomous aerial platforms from first flight through customer handoff. Keep schedules and milestones on track, align engineering with sales/contracts, support field handoffs and exercises, get hands-on with platforms (including flying), translate field learnings to engineering and product teams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
