Mentor team members, track deliverables, perform peer reviews, collaborate with digital/DSP, packaging, and hardware teams to meet signal and power integrity, and support lab validation and production readiness.

Lead architecture, design, layout, measurement and productization of ultra-deep-submicron CMOS mixed-signal ICs for high-speed optical transceivers. Mentor engineers, manage a large block on complex chips, collaborate with package/hardware teams for signal and power integrity, and drive designs from concept to production.

Manage and scale hybrid build pipelines and multi-cloud infrastructure (GCP/Azure/AWS), administer databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis), support player authentication (Keycloak), and collaborate on networking, security, and live game delivery to ensure reliable releases across iOS, Android, and Steam.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, general ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L variance analysis. Produce consolidated financial statements, manage accruals, payments, cash schedules, and payroll journal entries. Ensure SOX compliance, assist annual profit planning, research financial questions, and maintain company record keeping.

Lead end-to-end design, prototyping, validation, automation, manufacturing, and field deployment of a novel mechatronic sensing and imaging system. Coordinate cross-functional teams, integrate data streams with analytics, manage vendors/contractors, and develop hardware development processes to support remote exploration projects.

Perform financial analysis and modeling to optimize supply chain costs (transportation, warehousing, inventory, supplier pricing). Produce forecasts, variance analysis, budgeting, and reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational improvements to leadership.

Provide enterprise-wide leadership for global procurement, category management, and supplier strategy across a multi-DC network. Define and execute sourcing roadmaps, drive procurement transformation and digitization, lead complex negotiations, align sourcing with IBP/S&OP, manage supplier relationships and risk mitigation, and develop a high-performing global procurement organization.
