The Systems Administrator will manage server infrastructure, support remote desktop services, configure Active Directory and Office 365, and ensure system security and backups. This role includes planning for system upgrades and may require after-hours work. Additionally, involvement in Level II helpdesk support and maintaining hybrid IT solutions is essential.
